Savage Pianos was established by Steve Savage and Matthew Tobin in 2018 to bring the finest in Dueling Pianos Entertainment to the Northeast. They are a show for all generations!
Dueling Pianos is the ultimate hybrid of all modern forms of entertainment. Two performers on two facing pianos take turns playing songs that are mostly requested by the audience. There are no rules about what can or cannot be requested, so a Dueling Pianist must be well versed in ALL forms of popular music: pop, rock, jazz, hip-hop, r&b, blues, classical, etc.
The main focus of a Dueling Pianos show is participation, so every song will involve the audience in one way or another. Performers might use sing-along, clap-along, dancing, toasting, roasting, improv comedy, comedic bits, or a virtuosic musical performance simply intended to impress (on the piano or vocally).
